A £100 booking fee will secure your Wedding Date.

 

Your booking is not final until the booking fee has been paid in full. This booking fee is refundable against your final charge but non-refundable should you cancel your booking or rearrange to a date I cannot do.

Payment of your booking fee constitutes your agreement of these Terms & Conditions.

​

Travel costs for Terri are calculated at £0.50/mile

from ME6 5PD. Travel costs for team members are calculated at £0.50/mile from their home address.

​

Sundays & Bank Holidays have a surcharge of £100.

​

The price agreed at the time of the booking for each person having their hair dressed is final. If prices increase after this time, your booking costs will not be affected.

​

For larger bookings, or if not enough time allows,

an assistant may be required at an

extra cost of £100.

​

Accommodation costs are incurred where a Team Member would need to leave their home address before 6am.

​

Terri will aim to cover the Bride plus 4 members of the Wedding Party in the time allocated to her by the Wedding Venue. If the Venue do not allow entry until a certain time not leaving enough time to cover 5 members of the Wedding Party the minimum charge will still apply.

For Peak Bookings, if the style chosen by the Bride and some members of the Wedding Party needs a lot of time and subsequently not leaving enough time for Terri to style 5 members of the Wedding Party in the time allocated, the minimum charge will still apply.

If you cancel your booking, it must be done before 30 days of the Wedding Date otherwise the balance is required in full.

You must notify Kent Bridal Hair of any changes to our agreed schedule, i.e. number of persons having their hair dressed, the time you are leaving for the Ceremony as this will affect timings and the schedule will need to be changed. 

​

If the number of people having their hair done reduces within 30 days of the wedding, the charge for them will still apply.

All the notes on your Wedding Day Schedule must be adhered to in order to ensure a timely and smooth running of the Wedding morning. Kent Bridal Hair or its' Team Members cannot be held responsible if we are unable to style or finish styling someone's hair due to a late start or late arrival of party member or hair not in the requested starting condition.

The Client agrees that Kent Bridal Hair may use any photos or videos taken (by us or by the Photographer) for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the Kent Bridal Hair and Terri Gilham Hair Spa Website and Social Media Pages. If we wish to publish any photos of children (under 16) we will seek your permission first on the exact photos we wish to use. If you do not wish for any of your photos to be used for publicity purposes please let us know and we will not use them.

All communications, cancellations and changes must be made in writing to terri@kentbridalhair.com

It is the Client's responsibility to inform Kent Bridal Hair of any potential issues, such as but not limited to, medical conditions, allergies and/or sensitivities. Neither Kent Bridal Hair nor a Team Member can be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by the Client if the Client has not informed Kent Bridal Hair and/or a Team Member of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to the Client at the time of the service.

Kent Bridal Hair and/or a Team Member reserve the right to cancel the Agreement if the behaviour or the Client is deemed inappropriate and/or if the Client reports a condition that Kent Bridal Hair and/or a Team Member deem as a risk to the Client's health and well-being. In these cases any payments that have already been made by the Client for the service are non-refundable.

Kent Bridal Hair will always endeavour to honour the Agreement to the best of its ability. There may be circumstances beyond the control of Kent Bridal Hair where a Team Member is unwell, delayed or otherwise unavailable, sometimes at short notice. In such a case Kent Bridal Hair will inform the Client at its earliest convenience and endeavour to make favourable alternate arrangements if possible.

The maximum time that Kent Bridal Hair can spend on a Bride's trial is 2.5 hours and 1 hour for other bridal party members. Any additional time or days required for trial sessions will have to be booked as a repeat trial. The same fees apply for repeat trials.
